I am trying to find ECU for my 10/92 f-250 ext cab 4x4 5.8L C-6 trans ,the old ecu went up in smoke so i bought one on E-BAY but it is not the right one. Unfortunatly i threw the old one away and now i do not have the old one for referance. I can find them all day long with the E4OD trans but not with the c-6 . the rubber seal that bolts to the firewall has the following # F2TF 12B523 -AD but that does not show up im pretty sure the F2TF is correct but i can not find code for C-6 trans .Does anybody have a clue to what ECU will work Thanks

 

Take a look towards the bottom of this web page and you will find codes for a 5.8 C6.
