No throttle response

No throttle response
Hello All
I have an 06 e450 that we just done an engine swap on. Original engine had an injector blow the tip off and that hole went into meltdown.
Now after the swap we are getting no throttle response, idle only, ICP will go to about 1100 PSI and then stop.
Any thoughts,hints or tips would be great.

Well I figured out the problem, the EBP sensor wire and the ICP sensor wire got mixed up when the wiring harness was getting repaired. The computer was going crazy trying to control the rpm.
