Yeah, my dad actually. Our shop is setup with the necessary equipment and with his past jobs and our attention to detail I know its going to be damn near perfect.

That's good.I'm sure it will.
I wish my shop was setup so I could paint in it.But my truck wouldn't fit inside it.So it has to sit outside.I want to extend my shop so it will cover my truck so when I repaint my truck it can be under cover.
Our setup is definitely tight for sure - especially ext cab long box. What is your paint plan?
Yea didn't think of that.
First I want to get the truck driveable. Then,I need to fix a couple small dents and rust. After that,i'm just gonna have it repainted the same colors.I was gonna go with this color combo below, but I grew attached to the current colors.Plus, bright blue sticks out in the woods, and that wouldn't be too good for huntin.lol.
Btw,That was the truck I was gonna get before I got the F100.However,the price was a bit steep.The guy wanted 3,000 for it.It was a 93.So I went with the Non-Running 1980 F100.I shoulda gotten the 93.lol.
Rust has gotten the majority of my panels. I do definitely like the ford two-tone schemes tho.
That sucks.I got lucky. The only rust I have is the bottom of the front bed panel, both corners of the top of the cab right next to the top of the windshield,a little bit of rust on the rocker panels where the weatherstrip sits, and a nice size hole in the drivers side floorboard and next to the dimmer switch.I got off pretty lucky. My truck's been in Florida all it's life, and the only reason the floor has rust is because the windshield started to leak, and it wore away the rubber mat,and then the floorboard.I'll get it all fixed one day.
It looked worse...it had running boards and mudflaps. lol
yeah, your truck looks alot better now.
Sounds like an older person owned it before you.My dad's truck was the same way.Running boards, the most awful looking camper shell, and turbine mag hubcaps. It was Ugly. He took off the shell, the running boards, repainted the truck the two tone darker gray with the red stripe, and put on the 8 spokes, and it instantly looked a thousand times better. All I did to my truck was add new tires and wheels.lol.Just with that it looks 10 times better.
