I was on a big hill the other day taking the quad out of the back and the truck moved amlittle eevn when the pedal was to the floor. I was woundering what i have to do to adust the e-brake so this doesn't happen. Thanks for the help.
Was the truck facing uphill or downhill? Sometimes drum brakes do not work as well in reverse. Other than that, drum brakes I believe adjust themselves when you are braking in reverse. You can try stopping a few extra times while in reverse, or you can pop the drum to make sure the adjuster is not frozen. When you pull the ratchet pawl out of the way, the adjuster should spin freely.

Reason: Can't type
Unless the ebrake pedal was going all the way to the floor, adjustment isn't going to fix this problem.
Most ebrake systems do a poor job holding the vehicle on an incline (facing upwards), which is why it has to be done in conjunction with leaving a manual in R, or leaving an auto in P.
I'm afraid there's probably not much you can do to correct this problem.
I'm surprised you don't see more vehicles with a drum-brake style e-brake built into the transmission outlet, like on the big trucks...
