You can see the flange differences here For the 302-351W, EGR v/s NON..;

http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_new/mc/manifolds/ford/performer-289.shtml

Installation instructions also on the site....

Many choices for those engines!

Will the edelbrock egr manifold let the factory egr plate fit? If so, it may be less work to sell your manifold and buy the egr type. Or I guess the edelbrock manifold may have it's own egr plate for more money.
That was what I was was thinking when i said "modify" the EGR valve. I don't see why not. I found what I was talking about in the Summit catalog, and I think it is exactly that, the plate for the EGR manifolds. Online, the photos of the EGR manifolds show the plates, and it is not listed in the "suggested parts, so I think they come with them. For the extra money they cost they should, and that's what I was alluding to with the buy a EGR "equipped" manifold, although at the time I thought they where cast in, because I was going by the listing in the printed catalog w/out pics. Looking at the pics of the Edelbrock EGR manifolds, I'd say there was a better than 50% chance that the stock plate would bolt up, and I'm sure a Tech at Summit could answer that question definitively. Sorry, just went to link ArdWrknTrk was kind enough to leave and the second manifold listed clearly states it allows the use of the stock EGR plate. Easier to add this than re-work the previous statements.
