What size pipe do you want to go with?
working in reverse For the in bed stuff you will need 2 90 bends to go up to the stacks, 3-4 foot of pipe between the two sides and a splitter t of some sort, then a 90 from the under truck pipe to the splitter, atleast a foot of flex pipe to allow movement then a few feet of pipe to go to the cat. Is your truck a regular cab or extended cab? I think either way if you buy 10 foot of what ever size pipe you want to use you will have enough. Also you will need to weld or clamp all the joints. I really like the stainless steel flat band clamps but they are pricey. The good thing about them is they are reusable and don't smash the pipe.

hmmm good question... not sure on lengths, i havnt looked at mine yet, but there shouldnt be any angles under the truck, just straight pipe to the point of a 90 that points up to the bed itself. then you need the "T" pipe and once in the bed its personal preference as to where you want to place the stacks. that will determine what lengths you need for in the bed. to get it right the first time you will nedd to use "mock" stacks to decide where you want the pipes to sit then measure for the remaining pipe

also if you only want 4 inch stacks you cant beat these.--http://www.jegs.com/i/Dynomax/289/89303/10002/-1

but if you want 5 inch and prefer stainless, then this kit is nice too- http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

its extended cab. I was thinking expand to 4" at the cat delete. How much drop from bottom of bed to line up with cat delete?

By the time you get a 90 bend in there there will be very little drop between the splitter pipe and the 90.

good luck, i have been searching junkyards around here and most of them are....well the word i think of would be filtered out so i'll just call them "not so nice" when it comes to dealing with young guys and truck exhaust. i went to r.l. jacksons, you know the place wes, and you know for a fact he has several hundred big-rigs with stacks on them. i went in there and asked for stacks and pipe and he told me to my face that he didnt have anything that would work for me and walked away

there is an internal part not manufactured to spec causing excessive wear. it failed on one truck at 600 miles. mine is still running now but i'm not gonna risk it. i'll get it back as soon as the issue is resolved. so i'm gonna be back to stock oil for a bit.
