trouble with dtc codes

I have an 02 7.3l excursion, the check engine light came on so I put the system into check by holding down the milage reset button and turning the key to the start position (not ON) go through everything untill I get to the DTC and it flashes: theses are the code I recieved

d262
d027
d658
9352
d950
1139
9318

what are these codes or a place where I can look them up at? as far as my searching has lead me I dont see the same codes as everyone else is pointing out. they recieve p#### and I am getting D#### isas theere a differance?

thanks
Chris

these were taken from here http://guzzle.rbmicro.com/dtc.html

I am thinking the d is P. I have never heard of this use of the reset meter as a code reader before. Where did you find this information.

Welcome to FTE Chris. I'm curious about your little reset button trick too. Can you tell us exactly how to do this?

If you tell us where you live, maybe a fellow member that has a PSD capable scanner can check for codes to see if they get the same thing. Do you have any symptoms besides the check engine light (CEL)?

wwell found this on another ford diesel site I might have been www.ford-trucks.com but not sure. all you have to do is hold down the reset button with the truck in the off position and turn the key to the ON position without starting it. I think it only works with 2002 and up though. I know I found it on a thread about a 2003 pickup having trouble.

The only thing is to convert the numbers given I think you need the shop manual because those codes dont jive with the other research that I have been reading.

Other problems I have no power at all and horrable gas milage like it been cut in half. plus my batterys are getting drained but I think that the crappy alternator from autozone might have taken a dump again!

I currently live in New Baltimore, Michigan any help would be great.

thanks
Chris

sorry all my post are so long
