glow plugs
I have 130k miles on my '02 F-350 with the original glow plugs and relay. The truck runs great with little or no smoke. When should I replace the plugs and relay? What are the symptoms that they need replacing?

Symptoms of a bad relay or plugs will be hard starting and/or white smoke at startup. Somebody smarter than me will chime in, but I believe as long as it starts fine in cold weather w/ little to no smoke, everything is working.
