Those cars have been there for decades. Most of them have not even been in a accident.
They where sold to the owner of the yard for scrap price due to mechanical malfunctions.
There was a time when these cars where not worth fixing because of a blown engine etc.
Having said that, they have been sadly neglected stripped and stacked. But I guess anything is possible with enough money.
