passenger side door lock

here is the problem. the passenger side door lock switch does not work. the door will lock and unlock from the drivers side but if you hit the switch on the passenger side nothing happens. it was working intermittenly, but now it has stopped working all together. any solutions welcome.

Try a junkyard for the switch. Check the connection on the back of the switch too, if it came loose that would be why it started acting weird and then died out.

i pulled the switch apart and everything seems to be working ok inside of it. im not really sure what it is. i did notice when i take the passenger side door switch out the drivers side switch doesnt work, but when i put it back the drivers side switch works again.

Im not too great with the electronics system diagnostics but I know on my uncles truck the switch got wet after he left the window open and he has to push it really hard for it to work. If yours is just shot, try http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/a-...uck_Bronco.htm
even if its a bronco switch, its the same exact thing as the F150 and up ones, my friend and I swap parts between my F150 and his Bronco all the time.
