I have a 1989 F250 4x4 XLT.

The passenger side power window doesn't work (from either side). The passenger side door lock switch doesn't lock/unlock the passenger side door but does lock/unlock the driver's side door.

The driver's side power window works fine but the driver's side switch for the passenger side window does not move the passenger side window up/down. The driver's side door lock operates the driver's side door (lock/unlock) but doesn't operate the passenger side.

Any ideas?
Ugh! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to FTE!
Have you removed the passenger side switches, door panel, or passenger side wiring harness to test for power anywhere? If you are getting power at all points then you may be into a motor & lock actuator. Pretty odd that both would fail near the same time though.
If not, remove the door panel & get the test light out to see what you do have.
