Welcome aboard glad to see another Slick fanatic;
Here's the best I can decode for you:
F10 = F100 2wd
J= 240 eng; 150hp @ 4000rpm;
L= michigan assembly plant
643662= Assembly date as Jan 1965
129= Wheel base lenght
B = Exterior color of Turquoise
M= Corinthian White
F100= 1965 F100 2wd truck
C81 = I'm not good on interior design; body style
A= 3spd Manaul Light duty Transmission
09= 3:70 rear axle ratio
I would guess you got a Standard cab; but you C81 threw me off; does it have a round speedometer or a oval type? Round is Standard cab; oval sliver looking plastic is customcab.
Others with more info will assist ya later.
Again Welcome.
I did alittel research; and learned from Number Dummy that if a body code has a letter digit in front of the numbers; like your C81; this means your truck is not a standard cab model. Like I said others will finish up my intial reply.
also, 45= Davenport ...where it was originally shipped and then sent to selling dealer. the last 4 numbers are an order number meaning the truck was a special order...

Don, the original selling dealer ordered the truck from the Davenport, Iowa Ford District Sales Zone Office, but that doesn't mean the truck was shipped there.
Since these District Sales Offices covered a wide area, the truck could have been shipped anywhere within that area.
