First gauges, then exhaust(really all you need is 4" unless you plan on more then a tuner), then custom tunes from Matt at Spartan Diesel. You should do turbo back but depending on legal regs where your at might have to do cat-back I dunno bout that. Stick with stock air filter unless you plan doing more then the tuner as well. I love my truck with all the upgrades in my siggy, but that was a small fortune though(ironically though it is paying for itself with mpg savings considering the price of fuel now, but it will still take awhile).

Coolant filtration system: www.dieselsite.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=324

Gauges are a must do: EGT, trans temp, and either water temp or ???

The stock boost gauge is accurate up to 30 psi from my experience. I used ISSPRO gauges from Diesel Manor.

I also added a Transferflow 46 gallon fuel tank and I love it!

You have a LOT of personal choices to make!!!

In MANY cases, there is much to be gained from the mods. The 6.0L truck can gain significant RELIABILITY from a large number of mods. LARGE performance gains can be achieved from this engine and drive train. Some fuel economy improvements are possible although they may be slight and often are negated by the "excitement" from the performance mods.
