Update on "O/D light flashing"

Im just giving everyone and update on my earlier post here about my tranny problem incase they were wondering

Well after waiting for my friend at ford to start his new job and another dealership, I decided ( actually the budget decided since the BTS isnt cheap) that I am goin to go ahead and take my truck to ford this week so they can fix it under warranty. Ill post back when they tell me exactly was wrong on the inside to help out with anyone elses future problems.

I would say good move and use that warranty since you have it. mine is running good since my first and last so far blinking OD light.

hope is comes out with a promising response

I am curious as to how people still have warranty left on their trucks. I thought it was 4 years or 100K from the original purchase date. Did you guys get an extended warranty?
