9 foot flatbeds ?

Havi, any new flatbed ideas or progess?
I was going to start a new thread, but with the amount of good info about flatbeds this one already has, it just makes me want to add to it.
I'm hoping to have my initial buildup done in a week or so and then set up on the truck frame, (still going to take back apart to paint/stain/seal)
I've been trying to find(and buy) without any luck some of the metal pieces. I'm hoping someone here has some they would be willing sell/ship me.
i looking for two of the "Vertical Metal supports" and 2 of the "wood end caps"(mine are pretty rough). I plan to cut and use the vertical metal supports on my 2" x 14" oaks boards i'm going to use as a headboard.

Only progress I made with it is that it's upright, and resting on some railroad ties. We've got a lot of rain this Fall, and so I haven't been able to get my uncle's trucks, thus it remains low on the priority list. If the ground freezes up before any snowfall, I might get them yet.

Count me in as being interested in any drawings/dimensions/ or plans that come about. I keep searching locally for someone selling an old frame or stake bed for cheap. Hopefully I can find one as I am about decided that I would like to have one for the 53...of course, I change my mind all the time!!
