What Heads Do I Have?

What heads do I have on my stock 1985 carbureted 302 F150 with AOD? What are the cc figures? Are these heads any good? What would be my compression ratio?

What would be a good, solid upgrade to these heads?

Thanks!

I'd suggest asking in the Small Block Engine forum.

Ford never really made a "good" head for their smaller v8 engines. I know that is a little bit of a strong statement, but the heads are the weak point for the 302/351w. Anything you can afford aftermarket, cast iron or aluminum, will be a big improvement. An it will give you an adjustable valvetrain, which makes it easier to install aftermarket cams.
