87 6.9 Engine Siezed?!
It's snowing where I live right now, so if it's clear tomorrow, perhaps, but I think all of the fluids ejected from the cylinder as I cranked it over several times by hand. After that I generously sprayed wd-40 down the gp ports/holes, as I was warned of the possibility of rust locking things up, if it was coolant in the cylinders. I believe that is what almost got me started the first time I tried after putting it all back together again. After that it was just more spin, no fire, at all.
And anyone close tot he engine compartment should have a face sheild on, safety glasses at the very least.
Carbon, dirt or liquid that blows out of the glow plug holes will be moving fast with 400 PSI of air behind it.
With no glow plugs, it will not start.
What color is the wire?
That sorta looks like the wire to the engine overheat light switch.

I'd say that is definitely the wire to the temp light switch, here's my pic, a little fuzzy, sorry -
It seems that the PO installed the aftermarket dash temp guage to the temp light switch port on the block, instead of to the actual temp guage sender, unfortunately, and I think that a wire that I see coming back from the where this enters the firewall, goes to the gp controller, to complete the circuit for regulating time of gp warmup...and of course the original male for the temp light plug is gone, so I can't just swap it out. Curses.
Anyway, haven't blown out the cylinders by cranking yet. Had the block heater plugged in overnight, tried this morn and still no fire. I suspect the fuel delivery more than ever. Can I bled the system via the schrader valve solo, by jumping the fender relay, or do I need a helper? Please instruct on how to do this in general . . .
Gonna pull plugs and crank over to clear the cylinders now.
They are all solid state, using resistance feed back from the glow plugs to time the circuit on time.
The wire out of the harness that clips to the controller goes to the wait to start light.
