'02 F250 psd won't start

ok, my '02 psd will not start. Heres what happened - truck started but didnt get oil pressure in time, so it shut off. On tryin to restart the starter wouldnt engage it, would just spin. So unhooked batteries, took starter to napa, they comfirmed it was shot. Got a remanned starter, put everything back together. Now the glow plug light stays on and truck rolls over but wont start. It is a manual tranny so tried pop starting and still wont go. Took lid of fuel filter and im not getting any fuel up to there, but crawl under truck and it sounds like fuel pump is running when first turn key on. I've checked all the fuses under the dash and swapped the relays around in the fuse box. Just has me puzzled, thinking whatever shuts fuel off because of oil pressure wont let it turn back on thanks for all your help.

what makes you think it ran out of oil psi?
so there is no fuel in the bowl?
not to be dumb but is there fuel in the tank? there is no cut off from the pump to the filter.

i had that promblem and it was the glow pump relay was bad. it is by the fuel filter. there is also a fuel shut off behind the pass side kick panel for when a truck has been wrecked.

the shut off will not let the pump run he can hear it running so there should be fuel getting there.
i think you mean glow plug relay

The times I have heard of the glow plug light staying on, the PCM was fried...I hope this is not your issue though.

If your pump is running, you should be getting some fuel unless you have restrictions in the tank. There is however a stand pipe in the fuel bowl that must be depressed in order for fuel to flow into the bowl. Make sure it is being held down by the lid.
