LOL, I'm one of the guys who got a TOPCAP waiver....I aggrivated too many folk to get myself promoted to continue! That's ok, life is good on the 'other side' as a contractor.
Update, the striker isn't the sliding type like older vehicles. It has 2 holes and the bolts are counter sunk so even it you slide it ahead, when you tighten them, it goes back to the same spot. I adjusted it from the hinge points up front. I don't think it closes quite as smoothly anymore but it definately passed my paper test. I started and I could pull the paper out with little to no effort. now it is pretty damn tight in there. A road test will tell the truth.
