Cold air leak for the fron passenger

I have an issue when it is cold out, there is an air leak of cold air for the front passenger by their feet.

I would guess it is doing it all the time, but it is only noticeable when it is cold out. Since I am in Minnesota, it is very noticeable.

It is a 1997 so I am sure the seals etc are rather worn out. Is it common for the door seals to leak on these? The seal looks good, but that doesn't mean it isn't leaking either.

Thanks

Look way up under the dash, behind the glove box. there is an opening to the cowl that sometimes leaks.

Thanks for the tip, there is definitely cold air coming in somewhere behind the glove box.

Where exactly do they sometimes leak, and how so I fix it?

There is an opening up in that corner that looks like a cold air intake or vent of some kind.

I really don't have an answer for that. If it's urgent I would suggest a piece of cardboard and some duct tape. It looks like the dash and heater have to be removed to get up close and personal. You might go to a salvage yard and look at 1 or 2 of these to see what you can do.
