Thanks for the replies everybody, the screen is cracked 1/4 is visible the rest is just a blur.
Hawk, the service tag # is 7TNYZB1, and the Express service code # is 10731258685.
Pinksforslips, the model # is PP212L, and the top is silver and the rest is black.

I think I have a screen for that exact laptop, I will look when I go in the shop tomorrow
