Flowtech Headers

Has Anyone ever installed Flowtech headers and had the same problems i am having. I have a ford bronco with a 302 nd the bolts wont go into three holes and the pipes are so close that i can use a wrench to tighten three others. any help would be great

Bought hex srews from autozone and tighted right up incase ayone has the proboblems i did. also took it to a welding shop the heated the pipe and flex it into postion sounds great.

Flowtechs aren't really known for being the highest quality headers out there.

yeah just need something easy to pass my inspection. will replace when i replace the whole exhaust

Just the subject I was looking for. What brand is good headers for a 97, 4x4, 5.4, F150 extended cab? Which are easier to install or is that asking too much? This is to improve my towing power.
