Hi
We have a 72 F250 and a 70's vintage cab showed up on Craigslist for 100.00. Appears to have some good items with minor rust. What years would match our's? The owner does not know the year, however I did see a Ranger badge on the cowl in front of the drivers door and the filler neck just behind the drivers door. Our's has some rust issues.
Thank you
The bump side years range from 67-72, tis my understanding that 67 has some unique quirks but the over all body lines are the same with in this year range.
I could be wrong but I would say thats a 73-79. I never seen a 67-72 with abadge on the cowl. lookat the back of the door see if the body line is the same. If its strait top to bottom its 73-79. If it has a sharp curve toward the filler neck hole its 67-72
If the side bumps out it's a 68-72, if the side bumps in, it's a 73-79.
I have seen 71 and 72 trucks with cowl badging, usually they were Camper Specials.
