Driver side Door Latch seized

Driver side Door Latch seized
I have a 1997 F250 4x4 extended cab, the Drivers Side door is stuck shut....
i believe the latch is rusted up and seized, the inside handle is a calbe linkage and it works free, the out side door handle i have disconnected so i has to be the latch
Anyone have some good ideas to get the door open? i can't get the door panel off with out breaking it which is looking like an option.,.
