Couple of questions from a newbie on a 2005 F250

Hi all, new to the site and new owner of a 2005 F-250 Super Duty with 100,000 miles on it. First, where can I find the factory code for the keyless entry keypad on the drivers door, the manual says it's labeled on the computer moduale, does anyone know where it's located? Second, when fueling the pump clicks off frequently as if full even after putting very little fuel in it. The Ford garage says I may need to replace the fuel vapor canister at an estimated cost of $600. Is there anything that I can do in my garage to fix the problem? Thanks in advance and God bless!!!

Hi, also a new owner of a 05 F-250. Had the same fuel fill problem, for mine it was that the small flap at the top of the the filler neck had somehow detached and fallen into the filler tube. They originally thought it was the vapor canister also.
I think I remember reading somewhere that the door code is on a sticker in the glove box.

Mine's an 04. Probably the same place for the code. If you pull off the lower center panel under your radio. You'll need an inspection mirror and a flash light. I could read it looking up from just right of the gas pedal. The module is up behind the radio with the lable facing down. You might have to push some insulation out of the way to read it. It's five digits and the biggest numbers on the module.

Mines a 05 and I found the code on the computer module just like conger said. Just remove the two screws holding the trash hook and look up there. Took like 3 minutes, then just follow the manual to change code to personilize it.

Instead of unscrewing the trash hook, you should be able to see it by popping out the little storage drawer thingy left of the cigarette lighter.
