Your wide tires will hurt some, but 12ish is a bit low....depending on the wind.
Fuel filter is about every 10,000miles, but may be more frequent if you use biodiesel.
Air filter is about the same, but again, may be more often depending on where you live/drive.
FYI - K&N panel filters have the reputation of giving good power, but mainly because they allow MUCH more dirt through. that's no good for your turbo or engine.
I know it isn't the best milage, but compared to 7.6. That freakin sucked! It is slowly moving up, as long as I refrain from "driving like I stole it." It is fully stock except for the flat bed. That includes intake, exhaust, and everything in between. I haven't stopped yet. I'm just showing a little appreciations to everyone who has helped me get this far.

Go for an easy mpg increase. I put the 6637 on and got about 1.5mpg extra. A bigger exhaust would help, or you can simply get rid of the muffler like I did for now. The truck breathes much better.
