Ah Crap
Well strarted the new job at United, thusfar going really good except for some info I found out about the trucks.
The F650 is a fridgin auto I hate automatics with a passion
And the International semi has a 300 and something motor with a 10 speed tranny, good thing I'm paid by hour.....

What can I say I just like the control of a stick shift, not relying on brakes purely.

I just hate the 1 to 2 shift in 10 speeds.

Being able to shift is about being able to maintain just "that much" more control over whatever it is you're driving.
I hopped into an automatic van a little while back and wow...those brakes are touchy to me now.

Perfect, with an auto you have P for pass and R for race....

That does suck man. Ive never driven an auto in a big truck, but I can see how a manual would be alot better.

Speaking of the 300 I drove it to work and then took her out for a little boot, not a drop loss and clean as a whistle.
