I have a 2003 F250 with a 7.3 Diesel. Does anyone know if there are additives to add to the fuel to help with the raw smell at the exhaust???? I have read where Bio-diesel changes the smell, do not have any convienent stations around here.
There should not be a raw diesel smell at the exhaust. When do you smell it? Are you sure it's not coming from your engine compartment? You could have fuel leak and the smell is being blow back by the fan.
i remmember one day when i was parked on a street engine running!waiting for someone and a homeowner came out of hes house.he said can u turn your truck off,it smells like a diesel shop at my house!so when i left there i floored it and blew black smoke all over his house! lol

lmao... That's funny right there.
I'd have switched to my new lope idle that blows all kinds of white stinky smoke just for spite, then to 140 to blast him with a good coating of soot...
