Adding a cooler to the 6-Speed, anyone know thread sizes?
Hey Guys-
I'm fabbing up some brackets to hold an auxilliary trans cooler between the AC condensor and the IC. I'm going to use the factory cooling through the bottom of the radiator and then bypass through my cooler and then back to the trans. The cooler I am going to run is a Mazda RX-7 oil cooler unit from the 80's that a Porsche race car builder I know uses as oil coolers on his race cars.
Anyone know what thread sizes the factory cooler lines use? Both at the front in the radiator and in the back at the trans? I'm planning on running some SST braided teflon hose I have laying around.
