She's 16 and a complete teenage pain in the A$$! Last year she somehow signed up for industrial maintenance, which turned out to be welding. The first day only one other girl showed up for class. She promptly quit. My daughter was going to opt out the next day till some kid told her she needed to drop out because she was a girl. That pissed her off enough to stay and it ended up being one of the two "A"s she got first semester.
She generally hates doing anything with me and her mom, but when I asked about doing some welding for me she perked right up. I have no idea how my mom survived me growing up.
haha, I have to be the first to ask this, but how old is your daughter and is she single?? (btw I am completely kidding on that one)
Jon, we know you weren't kidding. Finding a woman that enjoys your hobby, and can actually contribute to it, is hard to find. Man, if I could get my wife to help work on my trucks without her getting bent out of shape I would be happy as can be. My neighbor's daughter completely tore apart and rebuilt her Model A by herself, with a little help from her dad. Now that's my kind of woman! Too bad I found her after being married for 10 years.
Michael, you're a lucky man to have kid who wants to help. Enjoy it.
