05 Ford dash illumination problem.
I have a 2005 ford f250 with when you are sitting in the drivers seat ;looking at the dash and the gagues. the left 2 small gagues above and below one another (1 is fuel and the other is oil press.) are not lit up the needle on these gagues IS LIT orange, but the backdrop that indicates how much furl or pressure that should be green is not lit. Also on the speedometer the last one third from about 60mph on in speeed is not lit up. the rest of the speedometer isd lit and so is the needle. all other gagues are fine. SO why did just these parts of the dash all go out at the sametime. any help would be great . thanks.

This might sound weird but, my 05 had the dash light go off on just one side of the speedo gauge. I was really bumed out for a few days and then I got angry and hit the top of the dashboard one night and guess what, the light came back on and has stayed on ever since. This is one of those rare times that it payed off to get mad.
