Another Stroke Question

Pulled an FE form a parts 65 F100. Motor and trans were transplanted. The motor had Thunderbird valve covers and I was optimistic it may be a 390. It has 2bbl carb and a factory ac compressor that reads 1964 Ford air conditioning. Pulled the intake and head and measured the stroke and found it to be 3 3/8" if not a little less. The measurement doesnt match up with FE stroke info I have found on this site. Any guidance would be apprecitated, As anything less than 390 goes to the heap with the remains of the truck. Thanks in advance.

The early 332's had a 3.30" stroke. If you can get at the crank the 332 crank numbers are...

EDC for the 58
5752421 for the 59
COAE-C service replacement
