Glow Plugs?

Glow Plugs?
Hey guy's,
I have a 2000 ford f-350 dually with the 7.3 diesel engine. Lately I have had to plug up the engine heater in order for it to start on cold mornings. The glow plugs don't seem to be working properly! Any advice would be appreciated!
