I believe it is every 30,000 miles.

Per the '2007 Model Year Scheduled Maintenance Guide':
Every 15,000 miles - Inspect automatic transmission fluid level, if equipped with dipstick.
Every 30,000 miles - Change automatic transmission fluid on vehicles equipped with the Torqshift transmission. Replace the remote filter element on the vehicles equipped with the Torqshift transmission. Inspect automatic transmission/transaxle fluid level on all other vehicles, if equipped with dipstick. Consult your dealer for your particular requirements.

They way I read that is it does not apply to my transmission other than checking the fluid.

Yea, I guess that's right, but my dealership insists that they flush mine every 30K!!! I let them do it the first time, but not since. I have almost 90K, but I will drop the pan once the temps warm up and change the filter and fluid myself.

Ok, so I pulled out the scheduled maintenance guide that came with my 04 F150. According to Ford, for the 30K service:

Change automatic transmission fluid on all vehicles equipped with 4R100. Inspect automatic transmission/transaxle fluid level on all other vehicles, if equipped with a dipstick.

So, for my 04, that means every 30K, I'm to change the fluid.

Okay, I misread above. What transmission do I have, and how often do I need to change the transmission? I'm coming from Jeeps and Dodges where there is no requirement to change the tranny fluid unless used for severe duty. Thanks...

Nope.

The 4R100 is the tranny they put in the super duty, and the old F150 lightnings.

You have the 4R75E tranny, and it is supposedly good for 100k miles.

THEY DO NOT PUT A TORQSHIFT OR 4R100 IN F150S!!!!

Ford recommends the same, supposedly the fluid is good for the life of the tranny. I personally disagree, and like to do it every 50-60k miles, but every 30k is NOT necessary!

Thanks! That is what I was trying to figure out. I've always changed the fluid at about 50-60K miles on my Jeeps and Dodges, so I will do the same on the Ford...

I'm not sure about those numbers, but your truck should have the 4R70W transmission...I believe that's the only one they used from '97-2003.
