i'm looking for upgraded shocks for my '23 F250. I have the Snow Plow Prep/Camper package and swapped to the 3 1/4" rear spring blocks. No other lift or level desired. What are some good options out there? I've heard some need re-built on a semi regular basis which I'd like to avoid.
I took my OE shocks off at 85k miles or so and installed Bilstein 4600s. It was a waste of time. The OE shocks were still good, and ride quality nor performance improved. I would suggest keeping your OE shocks until they fail, which may be a long long time.

Lots of Fox upgrades but some say that can be a little stiff, maybe a little harsh? I had them on my 2017 on all four corners and a steering stabilizer - I loved them. I'll probably buy them again once the stockers get a few more miles on them. Bilstein also makes a good set for the Super Duty I think - that's a good solid brand that's been around for quite a while. I'd start with those two brands and see if you can find something that fits what you're looking for.
www.pmfsuspension.com has Bilstein, Fox, King, and others in stock for all lift heights. Id give them a call and get some coming. Its a noticable gret upgrade.
The Bilstein 5100s if doing much towing or hauling, the Bilstein 4600s if mainly just a DD. Pretty economical choices, but you can spend quite a bit more for adjustable shocks from Fox, Rancho, etc.

Bilstein 4600 and 5100’s are the same shock. The only difference between them is the lengths and external finishes.
The Rancho RS7MT monotube are similar to the Bilstein 4600/5100 monotubes. I chose the Ranchos for my ’22 F250 because they are a little softer riding than the Bilsteins.
Rough Country has a few different monotube shocks available that are similar to the Rancho and Bilstein monotubes. I have the Rough Country N3’s on a 2 door lifted Wrangler, they are real soft and nice but they have firmer/stiffer shock models also. The N3’s are their softest shock.
I went with Bilstein 5100’s. I still feel bumps but they are one and done. No bouncing around. Cornering is better too. It was a great upgrade. But they were made even better when I replaced the OE tires. Between the new tires and the 5100’s, my truck (with snow plow springs) drives and rides noticeably better than when new. Saying that, the 5100’s are a stiff shock and some seem to like the Fox shocks better for a softer ride. Of course there are other options like mentioned here as well. You can throw as much money at this as you want…

Don't buy Rancho's if you live in the salt belt. I had them on my last 2 trucks and both had excessive surface rust (within 2 years) and looked like chit with that white paint all bubbled with brown streaks.
I have a set of KYB monomax's up front and adjust-a-gas in the rear. Fairly cheap from what I can recall and helped take some of the rear end hop out of the truck.

The Ranchos I’m talking about RS7TS’ are black and they are not the old twin tube design.
