Rear Suspension

So know that i'm working with SDHQ for some sd leaf springs (can't put those in until i finish my flat bed and brake lights) what should i do with the rear? Shackle flip looks simple enough, what about springs though? I'd really like to get rid of the block in the rear. So what do you think?

On what truck? A shackle flip and appropriate shocks can yield some pretty decent flex with a softer leaf pack.

Sorry i forgot that i don't have a sig yet. Its a 77.5 F250, does a shackle flip change the pinion angle?

yes, it does change it, but for the better. since a flip only lowers the rear of the springs, it points the the pinion a couple of degrees up more towards the t case.
