wow i must be out of the loop or its a hoax. I've just found out that boyd coddington died!?!?!?!?!? Where have i been. Yea i know nothing 4x4 related really, but still is this confirmed true or am i just losing it. Anybody else hear this.

wow that was kind of sudden it seems. Im sure more information will be released over time, maybe we will find a certain cause of death, but i did read lacerated pancreas, or somethin like that.

yes he did make his mark on the industry, and he will be missed, but may the industry carry on his ideas, and honor him by not dying off. Boyd did manny great things and was quite inovative, now we should continue that and make the industry as a whole grow.

Never really liked the guy (or what they portrayed on tv, who knows if thats what he was really like), but still sad to lose a guy that important to the industry...

I wonder what a '32 coupe with a box would look like atop a 3/4 4x4 ?

In the 90s there were a couple of 30s era bodied monster trucks.
