I found a new body

I was ready to buy a new one had the order form all filed out check in hand.$4300...then on craigs list I find a 3 year old Napiheid 9' the twin to mine in near perfect shape with diomand plate alumium in the bed and on the box tops with a trac rac he wanted $3500 I bought it for $1300 +$150 to tow it home he gave me the whole truck.....I'ts even the rite color ... check out the pix Click on pix to see 3 pix

You Guys Are Killing Me

yup ITS A CHEBBY... But the body is going on my 97 F350 after paint and new toolboxes inside than the rest of the truck to the junk yard (it had a engine fire)

Don't be to quick to send it to the wrecker yard. I bet you could part it out or sell it as a parts truck for half of what you got in it. The dually wheeels and rear axle should get you close without much effort. Ever with a fire the engine is still good as a core, same with the tranny.

craigs list.....

already listed the trac rack,2 front doors,rear end,wheels.and springs......the trany shop i use said the trany is worth $100 its his I didnt think about the engine .....who buys cores ???? well any way i just orded a new Chraftsman 8 drawer rollaway tool chest a 4 drawer intermetiat a 6 drawer side cab and a 40" single drawer for the new body all with roller berring drawers. I have to start prepairing it so i can do the swap between plow seson and the start of asphalt season......

Guys are always looking for a stock block to rebuild while letting them run what they have till the rebuild is ready. They may need a core when purchasing a "crate" motor or just have a project they need a motor for. I am assuming it is a small block. Lord knows they have been put in everything under the sun.
