Full Engine Swap 2003 to ????

I have a 2003 Excursion, runs great. Bought a wrecked 2007 F-350 with the 6.0, 50K less miles. Not real worried about mileage but I was thinking of pulling the 2007 motor, doing headstuds, EGR delete, etc, and then swapping it into my 2003. I know the ICP sensor is in a different location, but it this swap possible? Would I have to change the wiring harness/computer to the truck harness? I have the complete truck, just trying to decide if I should go ahead and sell the 2007 motor and just do headstuds on the 2003.
I would love to have the gauge cluster out of the 2007 as well but from what I have read that will not work, at least not with the 2003 engine.
