Extra shims under injectors

Anyone run a double shim under the injectors? after reading "supertune ur diesel" thread there was some talk of it. read the 7.3s was increased .060 for emmisions reasons?

As in double copper washers? Or the pop off internal shims +0.060?

two copper washers are guaranteed to leak
I would not mess with it
or you could have some thicker ones made ...........................................

i had to use 2 to make my #7 not leak. im keeping an eye on it, if it does start where would i look for a thicker one?
