Is it possible to utilize the rear view camera in the tailgate with an aftermarket head unit? The placement is great and would be nice to see it on a bigger screen!
I also hooked mine to the upfitter switch. The benefit to this is that while your trying to hook up your trailer, the camera is always on as you go back AND FORTH. Otherwise the camera is only on when in reverse (a bit of a pain)
can you or anyone help me figure out how to do this, I just ordered the upfitter switches because they werent part of my 2011 superduty package. I need to be able to see my load when i go down the road and want to tie it into the upfitter switches.
