Idle tune from code to code can be extreme (rich/lean).
Wonder if the PCM's have same calib code. Willing to bet the 2nd pcm is leaner. I dont have any info on the IH PCM's.
My thoughts are IPR was to slow to react. (sticking)
Or ICP was on the low side at idle.
I would think the pump is good.

I replaced both and still it wasnt correct. We have a nice little budget at UPS. Plus when all of us are scratching are heads, you gotta try something. I wish that i would have been schooled in the 444 motor. I have had to learn from trial and error. This problem was out of the norm for any of us at work. So we were kinda shooting in the dark.
The only bad thing about working at ups is that they dont train you for new technology. But they expect you to fix it all and fix it right, ohh and do it on their B.S. time allowances.
