E10 has caused every car I've had to get P/Poor gas mileage. Every May when they would switch back to standard fuel, my mileage would jump back up a good 25%.
Now the environmental whackos in the State of Oregon, all in the name of man made global warming, have decreed that we will get E10 both year round and all across the state. Up until this year, only the Portland Metro counties had the E10, November till May.
