2 stroke... there something very strange going on with your truck. when you flip the switch, your truck should stall. I don't know who built your trans but if they put a 3000 RPM stall TC in your truck... bring it back. it's JUNK in a PSD. my.02. at speed you should feel the TC locking, it's like another gear.

2 stroke yes the purple and yellow wire will be in the PCM harness. but there may be more than one P/y wire

Here is the PCM pin out that Rick linked. Pin number 28 is the one your after from the looks of it it is the only P/Y wire

Yep!

Its pin #4 P/Y of the solenoid pack connector.
Its 1 of 9 wires on the connector.

It would scare me to send him to the PCM to find 1 wire with
about 81 wires on the connector.

Even if it had a so called high stall TC. Locking it will stall the motor in gear while not in motion.

i just unhooked it. my tranny is fine. i must have just been on the wrong wire. i unhooked the ground side of the switch. tomorrow i will unhook it from where i spliced it in to the tranny and coat it good with liquid tape.
