No instrument cluster lights

After a recent stereo swap, I no longer have instument cluster or dash lights. I've checked the fuses and all are good and I've checked the stereo wiring a couple of times, everything is hooked up as it should be. I do have illumination of the radio though, which has me stumped as to what is causing this. Any help is appreciated, I'm tired of driving in the "dark" .Thanks.
