Cluster lights not coming on when park or head lights on. Lights on the radio do come on. I've checked fuses any suggestions?

 

Do you have the dimmer for the dash lights turn up?

 

Remove the headlight switch and look at the back of it and the plug to make sure it isn't burnt or melted. Check the spring looking thing that wraps around the switch, that's the resister for the dimming of the instrument lights.

 

Just had to replace my headlight switch because I had the same problem. The spring/resistor was broken
