Lights in instrument cluster not working.

My instrument cluster lights don't work (except for the speedometer light) in my 98 Ranger SuperCab. It hard to believe that these lights would be burnt out in only two years! I've check all of the instrument cluster fusses and they are all are OK. Can't see fuel guage (or other guages) at night. How big of a deal is it to remove the instrument cluster and check/replace the bulbs?

I have a 1986 Ranger 4x4 and the lights went out on the fuel gage, amp gage, oil pressure gage and the temp gage. On the 84 one light bulb is all you get for all those gages. I don't know the newer trucks but it's probability the same.On my truck it's a real job to change the bulb. It was easer to remove the left side speaker to get to the bulb than to remove the panel. You may want to ask someone on this masaged board if they have replaced a bulb on your year truck. GREG
