I have the C-Betr mirrors on my truck and love them. I probably use these mirrors the most. Work great for merging onto freeway and changing lanes, especially when towing my 35' fifth wheel. Also help in backing into parking spaces (can see the lines) and out of driveways.
I have the c-betrs also eliminates all those little blind spots and really help when towing with my dually. The only thing with the c-betrs is that you can't fold your mirrors all the way in, like drivethru's and tight garage doors
Those look like an effort at providing earlier mirror models with the larger bottom mirror view that comes with the 2008 style mirror units. Don't know how well that stay put, because the bottom of it hangs down below the mirror body and would definitely catch the wind. It sort of makes me wonder if they make any bothersome wind noise because of that.

I have found that if I extend my mirrors all the way out, and slide the C-betr mirror all the way out on the arms of the mirror, I can fold my mirrors in with out any problems.
I have my C-betr just tight enough to slide back and forth on the mirror arms.

Go with the c-betr's. I love mine. The little mirror on the bottom is aimed at the tires, the big ones let me see a bit of the side of the truck and the c-betr's cover everything else. There's almost no blind spot now. I wish they made a heated version though.
My c-bter mirrors have saved my (and the people in the little car next to me) bacon a few times when lane changing. I also use a larger clip-on, rear view mirror(Autozone), it has come in handy more than a few times.
