upfitter switches
hey guys just wanted to know if any of you try to adopt
this set of upfitter switches from 2005 - 2007 SD?

It could be done, but i think it would be alot easier if you bought the lower panel section from the bottom of the dash, and down, because i think it bolts right on (maybe just a few mods), and i'd like to have one for all the switches i have randomly on my dash.

Well an idea just came to me, i don't know what you call that panel that goes below the cupholder line, to cover it all up, includes the "trash hook". Let me look into it some day, i can take mine off and see if the panel off my 07 or 06 fits in that place. Then we "could" have something on our hands.

i got mine heated mirors, i have switch for my backup lights, switch for gauge dimming, and i was thinking extra fog or driving lights inside of the front grill, like DCscpecial

Kris when you get a chence check on your new truck if it has Upfitter switches , and how they hook up to the fuse panel, we might need more R&R on our trucks, and i dont mind cutting or drilling my existing plastics to make it work, dont know what the price is for lower dah, but from what i know it wont fit perfect.

thank you for the link Ryan, and taking care of my Spelling,
i looked and its a great writeup, id like to do that mod , but thinking if i should get lwer dash or just cut up mine..... still debating on this one.....
