Testing C00ns Mod's
I had removed my 10K when I was have so much trouble with throwing codes and put it somewhere I wouldn't loose it nor ever find it again.
Soooooo.....I made up a 22K, 14.5K and a 10K and starting with the 22K I tried them all. The 22K was very impressive to say the least but it created a rough, lopping idle plus it raised my idle RPM to about 800RPM.
The 14.7 was spunky but also raised my idle not quite as high as the 22K did but it too did create a slight roughness.
The 10K worked like a charm according to the SOYP dino I could not tell a lot of difference power wise over the other two. What I did notice on all three is that it increased my cool down time considerably.
I live on a rural road that has a slight decline in it and I will coast down,
(in gear) and by the time I approach my gate, open it electrically,
(I'm still coasting) and park, my EGT's are normally right at 300* and I shut down.
With any of the mods my EGT's under the same conditions are around 325-330* and I have to wait for 300*. 300 is my shut down temp.
All in all they are all great mods but I really like the 10K.

ouch, under much scrutiny again! lol. how much does yours smoke with the 22k comapred to the 10k? mine is a huge differnce i just cant keep up with it
Maybe I'll hook the 22K back up just to see if it does puff out the coal smoke. But I really like the 10K.
